Your course(es) will run as scheduled…period! This is our guarantee to you.

Once you have registered for a training course with EnterEdge Technology, we guarantee that your course will run regardless of registrants. We are not like some training organizations that rely on contract trainers or expensive hotel facilities to hold their classes. At EnterEdge, we have a team of full-time employee’s who are Juniper Certified Instructors with years of hands on field experience. This means we never have to cancel due to low enrollments. Classes are scheduled and held in our training facilities, with our instructors and with real dates. Because we stand by our training guarantee, if for some reason we have to cancel a class due to an emergency, we will place the student(s) into the next scheduled class and refund 10% of their training fee.*  You can now plan your training class in advance knowing that your class is guaranteed to run. *EnterEdge Technology is not responsible for certain conditions outside of our control such as airline delays, inclement weather, or any other natural causes.  The EnterEdge Technology liability is limited to the credit of 10% of the registration fee(s) for the cancelled class. EnterEdge Technology is not responsible for any other costs to students (e.g. airline, hotel, or other travel expenses) incurred due to any cancelled or rescheduled class.
